New year, new habits? Let's hold ourselves accountable!

We're not here for extreme workouts or quick fixes.
These women-only programs are built for beginners — uncertain or enthusiastic — to understand their bodies and how to feel strong within them.
The goal? Small bursts of strength and confidence that sustain beyond these 4 weeks.

I've trained 120+ women as a Women's Fitness Ambassador at the University of Toronto, and work as a Personal Trainer at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.
With experience developing group fitness courses for Muslim women, I have tailored this program to best suit your health and wellness interests.

Understand simple nutrition basics while building strength and flexibility through beginner strength training and yoga.

& Our Energy

Learn how women’s bodies and energy change, paired with core training and low-impact cardio.

Building Habits

Build sustainable fitness habits with accessible HIIT and guided meditation for mind and body.
