Welcome to the Studio!

You could be the first woman in your bloodline to do it.

Lift your body weight, touch a barbell, invest in a sport.
As a Muslim, South Asian woman, I haven't identified with much fitness representation in the media, or in my family tree.

But I'm not here to point fingers at the root cause. Join me in flooding the sports and recreation spaces with our presences, rewriting the norm. This is just the beginning, ladies!

I've trained 120+ women as a Women's Fitness Ambassador at the University of Toronto, and I work as a Personal Trainer at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. I've also developed tailored group fitness courses for South Asian Muslim women - see below for registration info!
